About the class

Creating Space Teens is a casual creative program designed to give young people a friendly and collaborative place to gather around shared interests.

The class brings together artworks, creative experiences, and digital storytelling, with an emphasis on listening to students and building a program shaped by youth voices.

It aims to create bonds, foster belonging, and provide a colourful, positive space where young people can participate at their own pace.

Program structure

  • 8-lesson term
  • One casual art activity per session designed to run from 30 to 90 minutes

  • Built with different learning styles and participation needs in mind
